VISIONS OF ATLANTIS Cancel CARPE NOCTEM FESTIVAL Appearance

Austrian "epic metal" band VISIONS OF ATLANTIS have cancelled their previously announced appearance at the Carpe Noctem Festival in Wiesen, Austria "due to severe internal problems," according to a posting on the group's official web site. No further information is currently available.

VISIONS OF ATLANTIS recently parted ways with guitarist Werner Fiedler and replaced him with Wolfgang "Wops" Koch.

VISIONS OF ATLANTIS released their latest album, "Cast Away", last November through Napalm Records/SPV. The CD was recorded and mixed by Peter O. Moritz at Radwerk 14 Studios in Austria and was mastered by Ue Nastasi at Sterling Sound in New York City.
